Booking Manager
We're looking for an experienced Booking Manager to oversee our booking operations, manage client inquiries, and coordinate with our network of service providers across Kenya.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in travel booking or operations management
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan safari destinations and logistics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM and booking management systems
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Swahili
Booking Supervisor
Join our operations team as a Booking Supervisor to help coordinate daily bookings, support our booking managers, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in travel or hospitality
